Billy joined Consortium in 2022 and comes from a background with architectural and structural design expertise after two decades with several well known Bay Area firms. He supports design and document platforms for many of our projects. Billy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from San Jose State University and lives in San Francisco.
